Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role of Bo. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic, and Ilkay Silk, an acclaimed performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her most fond memories of watching TV and attending play rehearsals. Silk appeared as a little girl in commercials. Her Bachelor of Arts was conferred by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk relocated from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met at an Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. In December 2009 they married in a civil wedding ceremony. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10, 2011they renewed their vows after her change of religion to Judaism. Silk got a baby named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Levi Aaron is her second son, born on the 13th May, 2016. Silk was nominated in 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. The role was assigned to her as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian television series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk revealed to her followers that she was pregnant at the beginning of January 2013, during an episode of Showcase Season Three Special. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 to announce that she was ready to return to work. On June 4, 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the production for the fourth season. The character she played Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers with the same gender in the show Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite Television Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top Television Couple in the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has, in turn, its popularity on social media has grown to a huge internet following.
